Terms of sale

Scope

These terms apply to all services sold by REVORIA (BTF COMAPNY, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), micro-entrepreneur, SIREN 909 687 691) on revoria.pro or by quote: websites, social media, SEO, content, automation and support. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

Orders

Orders are placed online or by signing a quote. A kick-off call confirms the scope, the content you will provide and the delivery date.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, excluding tax. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Build fees are paid at the time of order, online by card or by bank transfer on quote. Monthly care is billed monthly in advance.

Delivery

Timelines start once the content needed from you has been received. You approve the mock-up before the build and the site before launch.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website, content, domain name and accounts. Third-party software licences remain subject to their own terms.

Monthly care

Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled anytime with one month’s notice by e-mail. Each plan states the deliverables and support hours included.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have 14 days from the order to withdraw. If you ask us to start before this period ends, you will owe an amount proportional to the work done. Tailor-made deliverables completed at your request are excluded from withdrawal.

Liability

REVORIA commits to doing its best to achieve the agreed results. Visibility and sales depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

Consumer mediation and disputes

Consumers may use the consumer mediator free of charge: https://www.mediateurfevad.fr/, mediateurfevad.fr. These terms are governed by French law.
