Who we are

The website revoria.pro is published by REVORIA, BTF COMAPNY, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), micro-entrepreneur, 4 Place du poirier baron, Sannois. REVORIA is the data controller for the personal data collected on this website. Contact: contact@revoria.pro.

Data we collect

• Contact form: name, e-mail, phone, business, needs and message, to answer your request.
• Orders: billing details and order history, to process your order and issue invoices. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
• Customer account: login details and order history, if you create an account.
• Browsing: technical data needed for the site to work (see the cookie policy).

Legal bases

We process your data to take steps at your request before a contract (quotes, replies), to perform the contract (orders, services), to meet our legal obligations (accounting) and, where required, with your consent.

How long we keep it

• Prospect requests: 3 years after our last contact.
• Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years.
• Accounting documents: 10 years, as required by law.

Who receives it

Only REVORIA and its technical providers (hosting, e-mail, payment), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. Your data is never sold.

Client data processed for you

When we manage your tools (e-mails, CRM, automations), we act as your processor. A data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR is signed with each client.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@revoria.pro. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to data is limited to the people who need it, with separate credentials for each client.
